In the past 20 years, many individuals have been faithful to the call of growing His Kingdom. From the time Lutheran Church of the Risen Savior (LCRS) started setting aside gifts from its Endowment Fund, creating a Mission Task Force, discussions,  searching for properties, holding house meetings and Bible Studies in homes, worshipping at Triple Play and Sahuarita High School Cafeteria, we have seen growth and new members joining Crosspoint. Our church worshiped as Sahuarita Lutheran Fellowship in 2006 led by Jim Halsted. In 2008 Sahuarita Lutheran Fellowship was renamed Gracepoint Lutheran Church and Pastor Steve Patton was our shepherd. In 2016, Gracepoint Lutheran Church became Crosspoint Lutheran Church and in 2017, Pastor Patton accepted a “Call” to serve a church in Charlotte, NC. In his vacancy, Pastor Roger Stuenkel served as Vacancy Pastor. Pastor Bob Stevens accepted the “Call” to Crosspoint Lutheran Church in 2018. We have been richly blessed with the service of these great men. The growth from 15 members to our overflow today, provides us the opportunity to move forward to the next phase of the design; a real church building to worship our Lord and Savior. WE DO NOT BUILD – GOD BUILDS!!!
